a purple wedding

A beautiful wedding it was. It took us more than 8 hours journey to be there, witnessing her joy and happiness being a wife to a man whom she loves deeply. Some of us willingly took leave to travel with the day light and some courageously travel at night. Restless, by ignoring our beauty sleep, we just don't care. Anything for our beloved Ty. ;)

A marvellous ANTM-like homestay in the middle of Kota Bharu. TY-ra mail! Haha. Worth the long tiring journey. Seriously.

My own beadworks on the chest of my kurung. I know it is too simple but I love it anyway. Fit the purpose, to kill the pale look of my plain kurung and to avoid being similar to a pustakawan sekolah. You know, that purple uniform at school? That was exactly how my kurung looked like without that beads. Hehe.

These girls are my housemates slash sisters slash best friends. We've been together through ups and down, laughs and tears, thick and thin for nearly seven years. My lovely ladies. ;)

Too sweet. Love the way our kain laid nicely on the dais with the tone. Tips for a nice wedding photo, you must know how to play around with colours. 

No more man in the world. That's what we call Girl Power! Haha~

And a superb goodbye breakfast at Nasi Kerabu Cherang before we left KB on the next day. Must go! (again)

Living glamourous

Pampering yourself after a hard week doesn't necessarily means spending a big amount of money to have a full package of complete body massage or an expensive spa treatment. It would be just enough with buying a cheap groupon deal and the result is still satisfying. Oh and the best part is, when someone with a kind heart bought you that special groupon voucher. Hehe. Thank you!

Body tegak sebab feeling awkward as this is the first time performing manicure pedicure at beauty house. Selalu buat sendiri je guna nail polisher RM 7.90 beli kat Guardian tu. Bila orang buat rasa geli-geli pulak tambah-tambah kat kaki. hihi~

After 10 minutes, awkward no more. Terus ada feeling ala-ala bini orang kaya. Amiinnnn~ ;)

Cheery face was portrayed after the precious few hours of manicure, pedicure, and hair styling.

Thank you Mr Boyfriend for this whole pampered moment experience. A good boyfriend is someone who can be the best girlfriend for you =) 

Bring back the old me

I'm quite worried with myself lately. For this 8 months, I have been working with guys, eating wih guys, meeting with guys, talking with guys, laughing with guys, smoking with guys (eh tak, teman je) and most of the things I did are with guys. I can't escape from all this as this is part of the nature of my job. I'm not worried about having scandal or stuff. No, that will not happen because I'm a good girl, you see. I know my limit and my barrier plus I already have a garang tapi baik punya boyfriend. Hihi~ ;)

So what makes you worry much Omay? Well it's actually my language. Yes, language. Bahasa. Bahasa jiwa bangsa. Lately, I tend to use harsh language, harsh words in my daily conversation. My closed friend noticed this and awoke me from being dragged further.  I am not choosing it nor doing it in purpose, but they still came out from my mouth eventually. I guess this is the effect of mingling too much with men but I'm not accusing them for all this. It's actually on me. I have to stop being too adaptive with surrounding kot? As an advice to myself and to all the girls out there, try to minimize the usage of that harsh words. It's not sweet for us to converse in such manner. Let men be in their way, but us remain sweet as we always do. Be it in text message, email, twitter or facebook, try to behave, ok? 

I am very lucky because I have many girlfriends and all my siblings are girls. Whenever I meet them, I can re-energize back all the girly charges in me. Hehe. So pardon me for being extra gedik in my post sometimes as I am in the mode of stabilizing myself out and to bring back the old me. The lembik - ayu Miss Omay. Haha~

Belakangan ini, jiwaku agak rapuh dan mudah stress. Jadi, untuk mengatasi masalah yang kian berleluasa ini, aku mengambil langkah untuk membrowse gambar-gambar cute dan menyedapkan mata memandang di internet. Nampak buang masa, tapi tak kesahlah janji aku bahagia. Inilah hasil kajian aku untuk malam ini.

RED &WHITE

Comel kan red velvet kek. Geram tengok, tapi tak sampai hati nak makan. Sesuai dijadikan juadah ringan di majlis perkahwinan. Tapi kalau majlis buat kat tengah padang tu tak sesuai la, sat gi habes cair cream tuh. 

Kek perkahwinan 3 tingkat yang bisa meruntun jiwa sesiapa saja yang melihatnya. Serius, aku rasa kek ni seksi gila. Lebih tepat lagi seksi dan romantik. =)

Nak jugak dia pun. Syah dah nampak sweet dah tu, tapi aku kureng sikit la. Beg colour hitam. Nampak kurang romantik. Hehe. Patut aku pakai handbag merah juga kan. Kami nampak begitu innocent kerana mampu berwarna sama seperti kain lapik meja dan kerusi. Teknik menyamar seperti sesumpah yang boleh diaplikasikan.

Just watched Breaking Dawn with Mr Boyfriend. Oh, I really can't take my eyes of Bella's wedding dress. Simple yet lovely. 

Gorgeous kan especially at the back side. =)

p/s: kind of cool to have a wolf boyfriend. boleh dating dalam hutan sambil lari laju-laju. so fast and furious! ok, merapu.

Me      : Nak, Pink!!! 

I don't have the idea whether that pink band will be nice or funny on my teeth. But, whatever! Who cares by the way. You noticed that people? I'll be removing my braces next month. No words can describe how happy am I at this moment of truth. One month to go baby =)

POLKA DOTS: never go out of style

All of a sudden, I am in the mood of talking about fashion here. And Yes, polka dots have inspired me and my family a lot. Without noticing, these prints have grown up in the family beyond generations like ages. There you go, let us witness my hard work and lovely effort to scan these pictures. =)

My grandmother was wearing a polka dots kebaya when she was in her late 60's. (This was  captured in 1992 if I'm not mistaken. Not really sure lah) See, being a grandmother never stopped her from being hot and in style. She is a true fashionista, doesn't she? Awesome la tok!

1993, my mother was wearing a dark green jacket with white polka dots print. She paired it well with a brown tapered pant. This was how she used to look when she went to the office back then. Wow, what a great taste in fashion, mommy! (by the way, why did all of you, loved to hold my sister?? and why not me?? ok, she's cuter and gebu-er.. and i looked like an abandoned kid next door. FINE!)

tips jimat sambil berfesyen

ada tak korang rase macam dah bosan dengan baju-baju yang ade? ade kan.. tak tak, kali ni saya tak suruh pon korang pergi ke kedai bundle berdekatan.. kali ni tipsnya lebih murah sebab tak pakai duit lansung.. haaa, suka la tu! apa yang anda perlukan ialah sebilah GUNTING!!! simple!

1. Cari baju lengan panjang yang rasenye korang segan dah nak pakai.. sebab ketat.. tapi in tak bermakna korang dah gemuk, cumanya, dah tak mau la kan pakai baju yang terlalu fitting kat badan sangat.. dah tua kot, perlulah insaf slow2.. hehe.. ambil gunting, dan ZRAAAAAPPPP di tengah2 baju tersebut!

2. Tadaaaa!! baju yang ketat dalam almari tadi dah berubah menjadi CARDIGAN baru! saya suka!!

1. wardrobe anda penuh dengan baju. lagi 2 inchi nak melimpah ke luar. tapi bila nak keluar somewhere, termenung depan almari tu 30 minit. "tak de baju la nak pakai, semua pon da bosan". huh. perempuan sgt!

2. SHOPPING IS YOUR FOOD. tapi dlm poket ade 5 ringgit. tu pon bukan sehelai, ada 5 keping RM1. (betapa nak tunjuk macam sengkek.heh~) tapi still nak beli baju baru. ya, kamu memang tidak sedar diri wahai makhluk bernyawa.

pernah kan.. cakap lah pernah!

oleh itu, lawatilah ke kedai bundle berdekatan. saya dah cuba tadi dan ternyata berkesan. my 1st time. besttttt!!!!!!! semurah 5 ringgit for sweet2 pieces, vintage pun ade. betul.

mr bundle has really made my day.!!!

running in heels

how i wish to run in heels.

yes, i know i am really not good at this.

i can walk, but running in heels?? na-ah!

why?

1. maybe i'm not that stable to run with the extra inches. (jangan kata heels, pakai selipar pon kadang2 i terbabas ke dlm longkang)
2. because life can be very very slippery for me. my friends understand this well. hehe~ (besides longkang and tangga, jangan tak tau, lantai depan main hall UTP tu pon i pernah meniarap ok. oh no kamu! *malu gila* but not my fault, it was my frictionless sandal's fault by the way!!)

ok. tripping and falling equals to me.

enough with that. huhu. back to my mission.

i really want to run in heels like the models did.

especially when they went for their go-see.

with all the time constraints, they have to really run in 5-7 inches heels!

wow, really admire them for that.

looking so busy but still supersexy~
